ADMINISTRATION & DOCUMENTATION UNIT

 

The Administration is responsible for providing basic amenities and facilities for students and staff.The setting up of the Administration Unit is to ensure that the basic facilities and amenities provided to students and staff are adequate for students and staf

The Administration unit comprises :

  • Organization Structure 
  •  Projected and Placement Record
  • On- leave service, Performance Record, Discipline Punch Card
  • Circulars and directions
  • Welfare of employees
  • Department meeting Secretary
  •  Strategic plan

     

    The Documetation comprises :

    1. Work procedures
    2. Main Failing and Recording data mymohes for the whole unit
    3. Publications such as Buletin Hepa, Pautan Pantas, Anual Report and others
